Tried soft insoles, new shoes, and stretching?

Then you know the ache comes back as soon as you walk far or stand for long. Soft insoles feel nice, but they don't hold up your arch when you're standing on them.

The pain can start in your foot

When the arch collapses, the foot rolls inward with every step.
The knee follows inward.
The hip tilts.
The back takes the rest.

That's why the ache can sit in your knee, hip, or back, even though the cause is under your foot.

Support that holds its shape under your weight

Ruvely has a reinforced support under the arch. It pushes back when your foot hits the ground, so it doesn't roll inward as easily, and your knees, hips, and back don't have to absorb as much.

Stable, but not hard

Many people think support means hard. Ruvely is firm where your foot needs support and soft where it needs cushioning:

  • Breathable top layer that doesn't get hot
  • EVA cushioning for the whole foot
  • Stabilizing layer under the arch
  • Heel cushion that absorbs every step
4 layers that relieve: breathable top layer, EVA cushioning, stabilizing layer, heel pad (exploded view)

Trim. Insert. Go.

Place your old insole on top, trim along its edge, and slip Ruvely into your shoe. It takes two minutes.

Easily cuts to the right size: Ruvely insoles with trim lines, scissors, and the cut-here detail

Zero risk. 30 days.

Try them in your own shoes, in your real everyday life. If you don't feel a difference, you get your money back. The only thing you risk is your pain going away.

Your next step could be the first one without pain.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which size should I choose?

Choose 35-40 or 41-46 based on your shoe size. Sizes are EU sizes, the same numbers printed on the insole. As a guide, 35-40 fits about US Women 5–9.5 / Men 4–7.5 and 41-46 about US Women 10–13 / Men 8–12.5. The insole is then trimmed to the exact length: place your old insole on top and trim along its edge.

Will Ruvely fit in my regular shoes?

Yes, Ruvely fits in all regular shoes. They aren't thick; they're shaped with a natural curve that follows your arch and gives support where your foot needs it.

For the best fit, we recommend removing the existing insole from your shoe and putting Ruvely in its place.

Are Ruvely insoles hard to walk on?

No, Ruvely isn't made to feel hard or uncomfortable. The difference is a stable arch support that holds its shape when you put weight on your foot.

Your shoe still feels comfortable, but with more support than a regular soft insole that gets compressed. The goal is for your foot to feel more stable, not for your step to feel hard.

Do they hurt at first?

Most people find Ruvely comfortable right away, but it's also normal for your feet to need a few days to adjust.

Because your arch gets more support than with regular soft insoles, it can feel unfamiliar at first.

How quickly can I feel relief from heel spurs (plantar fasciitis)?

Many people feel relief within 1–3 days, especially under the heel and during the first steps in the morning.

Ruvely starts supporting you the moment you stand up, and as the heel gets less pressure it can take a few days for the surrounding muscles to gradually relax, which makes your steps feel more stable and comfortable.

Use them daily for the best results.

Great product, I recommend it. Feels great in the shoe. Make sure you measure your foot before you trim! I'm a size 9.5 and trimmed at the 11 line. Good fit, easy to trim!

Works well in several pairs of shoes. I usually walk 3 times a day, between 10,000 and 15,000 steps a day. Legs and feet feel excellent. Thanks!

So far it's had a positive effect.

Hank G.Verified

Nothing but praise. Works clearly better than the custom insoles I got at the orthopedic clinic, at a tenth of the price.

Kathy J.Verified

Honestly didn't think they'd be this good. I've had custom orthopedic insoles for years, but started getting a lot of pain in the front of my foot. After a week of using these, I even bought my daughter a pair. Really hope she'll like them as much as I do.

Karen J.Verified

Works very well, my hip doesn't hurt anymore.

Good, I feel better and my hip hurts less. They take up a bit of room in the shoes, but I'll keep that in mind for my next pair.

Pretty poor quality, loses its spring in a few days. Won't buy again.
