The postal address is not a returns address.

Orders and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD); applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Standard shipping to US addresses is free; orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered 1–3 business days after dispatch. Every Ruvely 3.0 comes with a 90-day risk-free trial with free return shipping and a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return, plus a 12-month limited warranty. Product and manufacturer information
The Ruvely 3.0 (cupping massage device VC 150) is a cosmetic body-care device and not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and does not replace medical advice. Technical specifications, usage notes, safety information, contraindications, certifications (CE, RoHS), and the full list of what is in the box are published on the product page under "Product information". The device is designed in the United States and manufactured in China. Please keep the user manual with the product and read the safety section before first use.
