1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ruvely.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Ruvely, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Ruvely", "we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@ruvely.com.

By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force on the day you place an order applies to that order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that this is the case and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Our products

We sell the Ruvely 3.0, a cosmetic body-care device combining vacuum massage, EMS microcurrent impulses, and red light, alone or in sets with our organic care oil. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations in color or finish may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

The Ruvely 3.0 is not a medical device. It is intended for cosmetic use only and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Individual results vary and depend on consistent use, your starting point, and your skin. Customer testimonials and before-and-after images on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; consult a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.

4. Product use and safety

Please read the user manual before first use and keep it for reference. In particular:

• Do not use the device if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, epilepsy, a fever or acute illness, a blood clotting disorder or anticoagulant therapy, a malignant tumor, an active skin infection, open wounds, fresh scars, eczema, rosacea, severe swelling or inflammation, or very sensitive skin.
• Do not use on the eyes or eyelids, mucous membranes, thyroid area, heart or chest, throat, or on injured or irritated skin.
• Start at the lowest intensity, keep the device moving, and respect the recommended usage time. Stop immediately in case of pain, strong persistent redness, or bruising.
• Do not immerse the device in water and charge it only with a dry cable. Check the ingredients of the care oil and do a patch test if you have allergies.

You are responsible for using the product in accordance with the manual and these instructions. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse or use contrary to the manual.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are valid at the time of ordering. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Standard shipping to US addresses is free. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if the correct price of a product is higher than the price displayed, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to cancel.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card is charged when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We send an order confirmation email to acknowledge it; the contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, stock shortage, or an error in price or product information. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we refund you in full.

Promotional codes and automatic discounts are valid only during the stated period, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered 1–3 business days after dispatch. Full details, including what to do if a package is lost or damaged, are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; title passes on full payment.

8. 90-day risk-free trial and returns

Every Ruvely 3.0 purchased on the Site comes with a 90-day risk-free trial. If you are not convinced, you may return it within 90 days of delivery with a prepaid label and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Conditions, exclusions, and the 12-month limited warranty are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Your account and conduct

You may order as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to access data that is not yours, or to copy, scrape, or reproduce its content without our written permission.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to the Site, you confirm that it is your own, truthful, and based on your genuine experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and adapt it for the operation and promotion of the Site. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or unrelated to our products. We do not pay for reviews and do not edit their substance.

11. Intellectual property

The Ruvely name and logo, and all text, images, videos, graphics, and designs on the Site, are owned by or licensed to Ruvely and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your state of residence. Before taking any formal step, please contact us at contact@ruvely.com: we are committed to resolving every issue fairly and quickly.

14. General

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
