Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ruvely, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Ruvely", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit ruvely.com (the "Site") or buy from us, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, email contact@ruvely.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the content of messages you send us, for example when you place an order, create an account, contact support, start a return, or leave a review.
  • Order and payment information: the products you buy, order history, and payment details. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card, never your full card number.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, and time spent on the Site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from third parties: delivery status from carriers, fraud-prevention signals from our payment processor, and aggregated advertising data from Meta and Google.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Site is not directed at children.

2. How we use your information

  • To process and deliver your order, send order and shipping confirmations, and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer support.
  • To screen orders for fraud and protect the Site and our customers.
  • To send you marketing emails or SMS about our products and offers, if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email or by replying STOP to a text.
  • To measure and improve the Site, understand which pages and ads perform, and show you relevant ads on other platforms.
  • To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential for the Site to work (shopping cart, checkout, security), analytics cookies that help us understand how the Site is used, and advertising cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel and Google tags, that help us measure our ads and show you relevant ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent you from completing a purchase. You can opt out of personalized advertising through the settings of your Meta and Google accounts and through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and fulfill your order, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • Shopify, which hosts the Site, processes payments, and stores order data.
  • Shipping carriers, who receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver your package.
  • Email and SMS providers, who send transactional and, if you opted in, marketing messages on our behalf.
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, who receive usage data through cookies and pixels as described above.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business.

5. Data retention

We keep order records for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations, support messages for 3 years after the last exchange, and account information for as long as your account is active. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising data are kept for the periods set by the relevant provider, generally 2 years or less.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing. To exercise a right, email contact@ruvely.com from the address you used with us; we may ask you to verify your identity. We will respond within 45 days, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Sharing usage data with advertising partners through cookies may be considered "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by adjusting your cookie settings, using the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor, or emailing contact@ruvely.com with the subject "Do not sell or share". We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law.

8. Security

The Site uses TLS encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. We limit access to personal information to the people and providers who need it. No system is completely secure, so please keep your account password confidential and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers operate in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be stored and processed outside your state or country. We take steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy wherever it is processed.
